Los Angeles Real Estate Agent or firefighter?

My mother Joyce Serra  was a respected and prominent local real estate agent.  I often claim that I am a 2nd generation Realtor© but I am also a 2nd generation fire fighter. My father, Sam was a Los Angeles firefighter (ultimately promoted to Captain and a medal of valor recipient).

The job of a real estate agent is often more about preventing and putting out fires than anything else.  My job description is Realtor©/firefighter because I am on the phone with lenders, escrow officers, title officers and anyone else you can think of all day long.  If you have ever been in my office, you know that I have two phones at my desk… the better to nag with

I had a good turn out at Burritt's twilight open house last night.  We started showing on Tuesday and by Wednesday we were in multiple offers.  My new buyer's agent will be back at El Caminito today; her client is bringing a contractor.
