Real Estate Juggling Act

Natalie’s baby shower was wonderful, and the cake a success.  At eight months, Natalie will enjoy a little time off as I have hired another buyer’s agent, Lisa to join my team.  She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from LMU and nearly five years real estate lending experience.

My real estate update:

Today, I will be at my new listing on Burritt from 9:30 – 2 pm (broker’s open house but buyers are also welcome).

Then back to El Caminto for another showing.  Since the last reduction, I have been showing this listing like crazy – and it’s about time; it is a character Spanish on nearly a level acre in a great school district– truly a one of a kind property.

We received the green light on Cordova’s appraisal and are now just waiting for loan documents.  I felt confident the home should appraise but I had a nagging doubt because it’s like Russian roulette since the new appraisal regulations came into play.

The Desperately Seeking Buyer is newly in escrow with their inspection scheduled for Friday.  And, one more listing appointment on Thursday (one of my favorite homes) but more on that later.
