Los Angeles Real Estate Update

Now that I am over the lender drama with the Orange Grove and short sale escrows, I can get back to the every day aspects of the real estate business:

Continuing to show the historical Howe residence

Cordova is in escrow, the inspection contingency removed;  hopefully this loan’s progress won’t get stuck.  Although, buyers are still qualifying for loans, patience is a virtue; lenders are taking longer and longer and asking for more and more documentation.

Working on the marketing campaign for my new view listing in La Crescenta:  3+2 updated throughout & immaculately maintained for $649,000

Interviewing for two more listings: a Burbank fixer and another fixer in La Crescenta

And still desperately seeking a home in La Crescenta or La Canada under $1.2 for our very well qualified buyers…. This is what we need:

3 + den or 4 bedrooms
2 baths, but 2+ is preferred
Pool sized back yard
Crecenta Valley or La Canada high school districts
