According to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) the number of sold homes in Pasadena has reflected an increase each month through May.


DOM = Days on Market
CDOM = Cumulative Days on Market, if the property was recently listed those days are also included

Most Pasadena Home Sellers continue to price their homes aggressively, leaving little room for negotiation.
