The Pond at Hahamongna

I enjoy waking early and most mornings I walk the two larger of our three dogs at Hahamongna Watershed Park (across the street from La Canada high school). It is a very pleasant start to my day.  For those of you familiar with JPL’s neighbor, it is better known as the Frisbee Park.  Most of the dogs there are friendly and well mannered. 

Apparently, a rider lost her horse on the 24th of May.  For the first few days, I thought perhaps I would sight it, but no such luck and I don’t think any of the other dog walkers, horse riders or Frisbee players have seen it either.  So where is the horse?  Is there a horse thief in the neighborhood?
