Last week, I attended a sewer scan inspection, sounds pretty doesn’t it?  Often, after a buyer has an inspection on a home, their inspector recommends further inspections.  Common recommendations are for seismic,  chimney or sewer video scan.  The sewer inspector has a camera which snakes down the sewer line to look for blockage, corrosion, etc. 



We conducted the physical inspection and then the sewer scan; there were issues, but we successfully negotiated the inspection and are moving forward: full steam ahead!
