Kitchen trends:  Could it be that granite’s mass appeal is waning?  Glass and stainless steel countertops are gaining in popularity (stainless steel will look great in a contemporary or mid-century, not a 1920’s Mediterranean).  Steam ovens or built-in steamers, are also a desired feature, as more of us are trying to eat healthier.  Read the remainder here
