26 homes sold in Glendale according to April’s MLS (multiple listing service) stats. Average days on the  market was 70.  On average these homes are selling for over 96% of final list price. 



Although, the community of Pasadena is pricier than Glendale, these April stats reflect a higher price per square foot figure than Pasadena.  Hmmmm
