Pricing is getting better and better at Glendale’s Americana.  They have had a sizzling hot price reduction. Homeowner’s Dues (HOA) which include pool, barbecue, sauna, hot tub, gym, club room, valet parking, and one call concierge  may still be a bit high at $876 - $939.   But I think we might be able to negotiate an initial subsidy.
