Easter Week: I spied Rick Caruso at the Maui Four Seasons; George and I returned just in time for Easter.

This is going to be a busy week - or as George says: A lot of action!



Our mid-century Orange Grove condo has been refurbished and will be back on the market this week. Stop by Thursday night (5-7 PM) for the twilight open.

We are readying our La Crescenta listing on El Moreno for market; the homeowner has met with our stager. Stop by for this twilight open scheduled for 4/23 (5-7 PM).

We have another upcoming La Crescenta listing… it’s very unique on over 8/10 of an acre, 3000+ sq ft, 1920’s Spanish Mission with lots of character, pool and the popular center courtyard floorplan - we're still in the pricing phase.... perhaps somewhere between $1.2 - $1.5 -depends on how far we get with the home staging.
