A day in the life of a Los Angeles real estate agent
An interesting observation about Americans and their travel. I typically wake early, while in Maui, I have been waking prior to 5:30 AM (I am on LA time) and going to the Business Center for an hour of work before hitting the treadmill (and then the beach). Each morning, there are a handful of others in the business center at this early hour.

I have a girlfriend who lives in Rome and she keeps reminding me that Americans take fewer vacations than nearly any other group. Apparently even when on vacation, many of us are still working.
Good news, bad news, Natalie and I aren’t negotiating offers, only an inspection issue (that fireplace), so I only need to get on the computer in the morning (just to keep apprised with what is going on). One later phone call to Natalie and I am done for the day. Easter week is often a great time to sneak away.
There will be plenty to do next week, Orange Grove will be back on the market and we have a lovely 3 + 2 coming up in La Crescenta. Do you remember my previous post regarding homes with good karma? This La Crescenta home has great karma. The previous owner was a single mother of two who sold five years ago when she reconnected with her childhood sweetheart and married (she really did live happily ever after); the current owners are moving up to a larger home. Good things happen to those who live here.
