Realtors do not enjoy paid vacation.  In addition, when we depart we need to leave our business in capable hands.  Fortunately, for me, I have Natalie.

Natalie is toiling away this week while I have the good fortune to be in Maui.  And yes, I feel extremely fortunate.



The hotel offers a first class business center and I am responding to email each morning and checking in with Natalie each afternoon, but she is getting it all done: overseeing Orange Grove being cleaned and rephotographed in order to reenter the market, assisting our new La Crescenta seller in getting their home prepared, and showing property to several clients. 

There is nothing like vacation and Hawaii is great because of the time difference, I wake @ 7:30 LA Time, which is 4:30 here... allows me quiet time to deal with business and then get on the treadmill for a 1/2 hour before it's chaise lounge time.
