Pasadena, Mid Century Condo Redo gone great!
This Los Angeles Realtor is breathing a sigh of relief! Ugh, that open brick wall at my Orange Grove listing… I was literally losing sleep.
I convinced my client to take it off the market and spruce it open prior to relisting. We removed the paneling from the living room wall to expose the beautiful mid-century brick and found we were missing brick in one area. My fireplace guru, was busy repairing fireplaces. I substituted Fralix Construction and they did a wonderful job at a very competitive price.
Kevin Nardoni has patched the damaged hardwood floors and started the sanding yesterday. With good fortune we should be back on the market by next weekend which is Easter… I think it is critical to time a listing…. We will have to come on the market after Easter.. the week of 4/13/09 and this Pasadena mid century will be looking fabulous!
