$7,300 for a refrigerator; Sub Zero’s Latest competition

When George and I purchased and remodeled our home fifteen years ago we wanted a "designer" refrigerator and had a Sub-Zero installed.

The Germans build some of the world’s best cars why wouldn’t they build a better refrigerator? German manufacturer Liebherr won the Plus X Award for “Most Innovative Brand”.  In addition to their numerous additional features (such as the beverage rack):

They are also green:

*100 Energy star rated

*Energy efficient LED lighting (I wonder how many years of energy savings before the refrigerator pays for itself

*Bio-fresh safe

I phoned Pasadena Snyder Diamond and learned that the model featured below is approximately $7300 while a similar Sub-Zero sells for around $9000 and doesn’t offer the built-in wine storage.

If you are fortunate enough to have a kitchen remodel in your future, contact a  Los Angeles contractor or an authorized Liebherr dealer
