Our painter, Luis Bravo, is hard at work.  To paint and rehang the shutters will be several hundred dollars extra (groan).

As far as the brick wall… we are searching for the same type of mid century brick….

Kevin, owner of Nardoni Hardwood flooring, is patiently waiting for us to be ready for him & his magic sander. 

As a Realtor, my job is to maximize my client’s bottom line… I just want to get this mid-century back on the market and in escrow. Thank goodness for my one in a million interior decorator/home stager Charis, she is a wealth of information and a lifesaver.

In the meantime, does anyone have an aspirin? 

Fortunately I have a great team because it seems that nearly every day is a new issue and another decision.  Remember too... in the meantime, I am working for "free", I am not paid until I get this baby back on the market and closed!
