Every picture does tell a story, as I was perusing the MLS, I noticed this Glendale home had a 10% price reduction.  Often times a little elbow grease and furniture rearranging is more advantageous than a price reduction.



In the living room, the fireplace and bay window are obscured by furniture.  The kitchen appears to be only five years old, it's a shame the counter tops aren't cleared.
