My clients did make an offer on the Eagle Rock duplex.  We are on counter offer # 4; we’ll see how this plays out. 

Yesterday, Natalie had an inspection for her most recent sale. I have yet to find a perfect home; today Natalie will be occupied with the inspection findings:  understanding, explaining, and sometimes gathering more information (possibly further inspections).

Work has started with Orange Grove, and there was an unexpected dilemma.  The paneling was removed from the living room wall and  one area of the brick is missing.  I will need to get a bid for this or come up with another solution, but the wall of exposed brick in the living room is beautiful.

It's just been a little of this and a little of that, two steps forward one step back.  I am certain you know the feeling.
