Is now the time to buy investment property?
I have been showing income property and came across this Eagle Rock duplex. Just reduced to $399,900 it totals 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Other details include an oversized single garage, one additional parking space and separate water meters. The smaller unit is currently rented for $1,100 and is not available for showing without an offer. The unit we were able to view, offers hardwood floors and an updated bath. The Realtor indicates that the vacant unit should rent for $1850, but that seems a little high - what do you think?
