Sales of million dollar homes down throughout Los Angeles County

Los Angeles real estate blog, LA Land reports:

Sales of homes priced at $1 million or more were down 43% in California last year, the real estate research firm MDA DataQuick reports today. Sales of all homes in the state had increased in 2008, driven largely by sales of foreclosed, lower-priced properties.

Now let’s look at a smaller segment of the Los Angeles real estate market and see how those (MLS) stats compare.
