As a Los Angeles real estate agent, I am invited to many grand openings.  Last night I was invited to a presentation for Delacey Place condos built by Toledo Homes.  Located in Old Town Pasadena, their website says the following about the condos:

Pasadena urban living at its finest; priced from $1.2 - $2.4, if the Westside can attract these prices, Pasadena should be able to also.
