Not all real estate agents are created equal
This is an interesting look at the varied marketing style of different real estate agents.
This La Canada home was purchased in a multiple offer situation in January of 2006 for $1,025,000. This home was listed this month at $1,295,000 and in less than two weeks, the price had been reduced by $46,000. Apparently the home has been extensively remodeled, not sure if for a flip or if the onwer hoped to live there.

This three bedroom and two bath home features a formal living room with fireplace and bay window, dining room, family room/den, kitchen with gas range and eating area, and laundry room. Hardwood floors in the bedrooms. The back yard features a bonus room/play house and patio, large flat grass yard and fruit trees. Circular drive with gorgeous oak tree in front of home. Advice for home seller's: check your listing at Realtor.com and make sure your Realtor has posted "decent" photos. This homeowner spent some money on a remdeled ktichen and gave the exterior a facelift and unfortunately the improvements are barely visable because of the poor photos.

I would suggest trying Home View, LLC for photo and video marketing solutions.
