We have discussed the most expensive 2008 home sales for Glendale, and La Canada.  Let's look at the number of available listings, average days on market and how it's changed from January 2007 - January 2009.  

While the marketing time (days on market) has increased across the board, inventory (number of available homes for sale in the multiple listing service) in La Crescenta and Glendale are down.
