I am continually inspired by several great local blogs such as Curbed and LA Land.
Now that my Los Angeles Real Estate Blog is nearly one and one half years old, I would appreciate your feedback:
What do you enjoy reading about?
Do you enjoy the community information?

Are you interested in more home staging ideas and examples?
Do you want to know more about the personal side… me and my real estate career?

Give me a hint; what would you like to see more and less of? I appreciate any and all comments.
I like your posts about the most expensive homes in the areas...it's fun to look at beautiful homes.
I also like when you talk about what your work consists of, it's interesting. I always thought it would be easier to sell a home.
I can't think of anything I don't like off the top of my head but I'd like to see some posts about homes in the lower price range.

I'm a fan of hearing market trends in layman's terms. I like hearing the work that goes into selling a house. Real estate advices is ALWAYS helpful...especially for someone looking to sell or buy a house in this crazy market. National market info is fine, but California seems to be in a bubble of it's own, so hearing your local perspective is really good to read.
There isn't really anything that I don't like. I too would be interested in your feedback on the more modest priced house market($300k-$700k)...I'm still working my way up to a million dollar home.
