Remember my blog post regarding the La Canada Lautner’s price reduction?  It sold in 2007 for $2,000,000 and was then beautifully refurbished.

It was listed in January of 2008 and it just sold for $1,525,000 (originally asking $2,200,000). Someone got a fantastic deal, Congratulations! 


Apparently Conan O’Brien has excellent taste, because I heard that he was considering it, but it was unfortunately too small (1800 sq ft).
