Because I write a Los Angeles Real Estate blog, I am often contacted by people who have a message which they think I might be interested in.   I was recently sent the DVD “Sold! The Feng Shui Way”  and after viewing I recommend it.  It has been produced for Realtors so that we may learn how to harmonize our listings. 


Over the years, on more difficult to sell homes, I have had clients bury the St. Joseph statue (and yes, these homes did sell).  But I never knew there was a proper placement for the For Sale Sign: 
Typically in the Supportive People (or buyer) Bagua, but watch the DVD and learn that sometimes the sign should instead be in the Career Bagua.  

There are numerous valuable tips which include simple home staging ideas such as that the master bedroom should be relaxing and soothing. I am going to send the DVD to my home stager (and interior decorator) Charis and see what she thinks, but I thought it was very worthwhile.
