Add character to your 1940's traditional home

If your traditional home is short on character, consider installing baseboards and crown molding.

I also love the look of wall frames in a formal dining room. Wall frames are constructed from molding which is installed between the chair rail and the baseboard. They are typically painted a different color than the wall.  If your home has a formal dining room, consider installing a wood chair railing, and if the room is not too small wall frames below the wainscoting.  This is a relatively inexpensive way to jazz up your home.  Enjoy the beauty now and the woodwork will reap $$ rewards at time of resale.

If you aren’t handy, I can recommend, Glenn Becker (818) 903-2848 for the installation. Glenn has worked in my home.
