A 25% price discount and 223 days on the market before this Glendale home sold
Preparing or staging your home for sale does not need to be overly involved. A home seller can do as little or as much as they want. Often, a through cleaning, packing up clutter and unused furniture can go a long way towards making a good first impression.
Instead of the discarded bed frame, a book and a small tea pot might solidify the impression that this is a cozy spot to relax.
As a real estate agent, I am paid to sell a home, not a drum set; this 1930's character home has a beautiful set of French doors and the fireplace also looks very appealing. The drums, and everything on the mantle detract from this home's charm. I can't help but wonder, when they were "pointing and clicking" what were they seeing? And why post these photos in the MLS?
