I don't know about you, but this time of year, I become stressed.  In my family there are too many December birthdays.  The real estate business becomes more difficult because most people want to work less in December, they seem to slow down their pace.  But moving vans are scheduled and if someone drops the ball, someone else needs to pick up the slack.
