Yes, it has been quiet this year for me as a Realtor.  I have my last two closings next week, and it should be quiet through Christmas.  Because it is slow I have been able to enjoy the season.  Most years I am so busy with real estate that this time of year is difficult to enjoy.  Saturday I was fortunate to lunch with a friend and client at my favorite Chinese Restaurant, Chi Dynasty.  My girlfriend from Rome has arrived for Christmas and we will have time to enjoy her too. 

Tonight Natalie and I are dropping by our client's new home, after the renovation prior to her move in.  I love seeing the home after my clients move in, it is always such a transformation.

Still trying to think of something fun for George's birthday on Wednesday.  Any ideas?
