There continues to be “talk” of how much housing prices have dropped.  The problem with most of these statistics is that they often compare apples to oranges.  I have evaluated 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes reported as sold in the MLS for the communities of La Canada, La Crescenta, Glendale and Pasadena. 

Note: The number of (3 bedroom, 2 bath) 2008 homes sold in both Glendale and Pasadena have greatly increased from last year.
