Do you remember my post regarding How large of a home do you really need? I haven’t yet given a lot of thought as to what is hot and what is not for 2009, but I predict that McMansions are out for 2009. With the restructuring of our economy, new homes sizes are finally shrinking.  

And don’t forget Mayor Villaraigosa’s thought to (extra) tax those with homes over 5,000 sq ft.
