If you are anticipating a return phone call, how many messages do you leave a real estate agent?  The bigger question: which or how many phone numbers do you leave the message on?  I am so tired of … blah, blah “your call is VERY important to me... please leave a message, or try me on my cell phone at (818) 790-7325 or my home at xxxxx. 

I am hoping to show eight homes this afternoon…As your Realtor, I want to be certain if I show a home it is not sold, I also want to know if there are offers pending on the home prior to showing, I want to be prepared, I was a girl scout .  

I left messages at 8:30 yesterday morning and as of this morning, two (of the eight) Realtors were too busy to check their voice mail and return my calls.  Attention home sellers if your home is not being shown… is your real estate agent returning my phone call so that I can show and hopefully sell? … In case you haven’t heard there are plenty of homes on the market… I don’t need to chase your agent down.   So, I suppose six homeowner’s will have a shot at selling their homes today… two won’t because their real estate agents… are “too busy” to return my phone call.
