You may recall my post back in March regarding the home with the poor multiple listing service photos. This Glendale home was listed with two different Realtors; the most recent listing was for $499,000 and after 180 days (or 313 TOTAL days on market) sold for $440,000 or only 88% of final listing price. Glendale home sellers have on average been selling for over 95% of list price.
