What is happening in the Pasadena high end market?
Still to date, no Pasadena home sales over $10,000,000 reported in the MLS.
As a matter of fact, there has been only one Pasadena home sale over $10,000,000 reported in the MLS since January, 2004. Remember the adage, location, location, location? Each community has a pricing threshold. And apparently $10,000,000+ is a tough bar to pass in the current real estate climate.
If you recall my previous entry regarding Pasadena luxury homes, note that Lombardy has now been listed for 186 days and reduced to $9,500,000. Oakland listed at $52,000,000 has been taken off the market.
