Yesterday we were fortunate to spend a day at the beach.  George has several friends with homes in Malibu and yesterday couldn't have been better.  The weather was perfect.  Living in Los Angeles, it seems as if no matter where you go - it isn't that far by car (and yesterday traffic was nearly non-existent).



Today: two homes to show this AM and I think the rest of the day will be mine!
