Los Angeles High End Real Estate Sales and Listings

I primarily sell real estate in Los Angeles’s “Bedroom Communities”.  Let's look at the high end market in some of these neighborhoods.

Although Burbank has some exquisite vintage homes, they don’t often come on the market.  Hallston Estates is home to the most expensive sale and listed home.

Pasadena is renown for their historic estates, the most expensive sold this year was for a 1916 Estate which sold for full price, the most expensive home still available is the Oak Knoll Estate offered at $19,000,000.

The highest priced Glendale home sold this year was the Sleepy Hollow Newer Mediterranean and the most expensive home listed for sale is the Barnes' Kenneth Road Estate.

The most expensive La Canada home sold in 2008 was the Dutch Farmhouse on Berkshire and the most expensive La Canada home on the market is in Chevy Chase Canyon.
