    Phyllis: I am constantly amazed at some of the photos I see posted in the MLS and on sites like Trulia, Zillow, etc. Clearly, marketing is not one of this listing agent's strong points. This home is obviously a candidate for home staging, but at the very least, the listing agent should have put a little effort into tidying up enough to get some decent photos for the MLS and marketing materials.

      Maybe no photos would have been better... I am a big staging fan and love your website, but if the homeowner won't take the time to clean, I don't think there is any point in staging.  I am just amazed that this homeowner is not embarrassed!
