Hillcrest - Celebrity Row
I attended a party in Beverly Hills last night near Hillcrest Rd and thought it was interesting that Hillcrest is an expensive street in any town. Let’s take a look:
La Canada – Hillcrest Ave. – 3 million (ish)
Pasadena – Hillcrest Ave. – 3 million (ish)
And then there is Hillcrest Ave. in Glendale home to Nicole Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden. But my friend and client Edward Sayegh vocal coach to the stars owns the "best home on this block" (if not the city).

And Sayegh's on the right; I'd be thrilled with either one.
There is a Hillcrest in Thousand Oaks too. I wonder if it measures up?

Loved your blog about Celebrity Row. As you know I grew up on the 1400 block of Virgina Ave. just a block away. I always wished we lived on Hillcrest.

Virginia is a beautiful street too - there are so many lovely homes and neighborhoods in Glendale
