I was searching the MLS this afternoon - looking for a home for my client in Eagle Rock when I came across this photo.  Someone thought this would be a good marketing tool for their client's home?!? 

Sure, they had another 5 or so other photos (all mediocre - bad lighting, bad angles) but then came this photo.  What were they thinking???  To top it off, the door looks more like an office door, than a front door.  Needless to say, this is not one of the homes I will show my client.  This is why we hire a photographer!
