Glendale Cruise Night, July 19, 2008

There is always something different to do in Los Angeles; I am not a car buff, however Glendale’s Annual Cruise Night is always good fun.  And it’s free!  Several years ago we had an early dinner at Damon’s Restaurant and after dinner checked out the cars and the celebration.

Featuring over 400 classic cars, with celebrity guest judge Kent McCord, star of Adam 12, and performances by Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits, the Surfaris, the Tokens. Hosted by Brian Beirne, Mr. Rock N’Roll.  In addition to the cars and trucks, this year’s event will also feature booths and displays including police and fire vehicles and various games for the children.

And if you have yet to visit Glendale's Americana, you will be withing walking distance.
