Ask Phyllis a Real Estate Question: Open House Etiquette
I have been writing a real estate Q & A (question and answer) in the local paper; Last week's questions:
Dear Phyllis
Q Although, my husband is sometimes embarrassed when I drag him along, I love going to open houses. I always tell the Realtor that I am just a “nosey neighbor” so as to not distract them from more serious clients. Is there any etiquette for neighbors attending an open house? HL, La Canada
Q Dear Phyllis - I keep seeing articles that say buying a foreclosure is not what it's cracked up to be (so to speak). What is wrong with buying a foreclosure? And is there any reason it would not be a good thing to do? Fickled about foreclosures in Glendale
