Nice and very informative post. Pest control is a key measure that should be taken care in every residential as well as commercial building. Pests, primarily termites attack the wood in such a manner that it is destroyed within and you are never aware of. Indeed very useful post and with the subscription I hope there will be too many. Thanks Phyllis - I think a lot of people forget that termites can be a problem, anywhere. They can even be a problem in new homes, not just older homes like a lot of owners may think. Kudos to you for checking out at the first sign. Even though it was "just" a diseased tree, better safe than sorry!
