I had the pleasure of showing a stunning Pasadena home last weekend. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the perfect fit for my clients. Including the 700 square foot gym, the home is just shy of 5,000 square feet on over 6/10 of an acre. MLS STATS: 4 7 / $2,950,000 Any takers? ...
