Americana - Are the lease prices being reduced?
In regards to the leases at the Americana at Brand, I received this update: "Visit today for special offers on select units for a limited time".
Previous AmericanaLand prices were:
Lofts (studio); 675 -766 sq ft
$2060 - $2455
1 & 1; 717-1046 sq ft
$2260-$3015
2 & 2; 1028-1465 sq ft
$3385-$4265
2 & 2 ½ (townhome); 1502-1928
$4150 -$4745
Not certain what the “special” prices are and I don’t know anyone who has leased there – do you?
