Pasadena high end market still sluggish
Remember this post? High end inventory in Pasadena is “stacking” up. According to MLS records there have been no sales in the past year over $10,000,000; the most recent sale over $5,000,000 was in October. At present there are 5 Pasadena homes listed between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 and 3 over $10,000,000
May 29th MLS (multiple listing service data) reflects no change - none of the above have sold or entered escrow. Thankfully, at least no more "have come on the market"
Oh, and the three over $10,000,000 - no price reductions. We'll see what happens in another month.
