More ridiculous Multiple Listing Photos
This is how photos in the MLS (multiple listing service) should look:
A professional real estate photograph is well lit. Kudos to this homeowner's Realtor, because they are doing a great job.
Now let's look at the others:
Crooked photo of cluttered, room - there is too much "going on" (table cloth is distracting it should have been removed) - they apparently didn't stage or declutter this home

Obviously this photo is too dark, I have never had a buyer tell me they are looking for a home that is dark; Not once in 19 years!

I'm happy to claim credit for the first photo in this series and wish I had found this great blog sooner! I've been teaching real estate photography classes to agents through PFAR and actually critique their photos on my learning blog. I'll have to send them here as well. Thanks!
