I can't return calls because my telephone is broken

Oh, and regarding the lender that "broke her telephone..." escrow left numerous messages today... So what happens next?  We contact her boss.... Where else do you go? 

AND everyone is busy.... no one cares... get the job done.... moving vans are waiting....
