Lautner in the Foothills - homes for sale
Unfortunately the Foothill's two Lautner homes remain unsold, both are wonderful homes, but both are on the small size for this price range (our market is not the Westside). But they were both prominently featured in the LA Times today
Now the Lloyd Wright Jr, home in La Canada is another story - over 3000 sq ft, great lot w/pool and grassy yard; these homeowners made a wise purchase when the market was down in 2001. Even better for them, the house is not for sale and they are enjoying it.
