Pasadena High End Real Estate Market Stacking Up
High end inventory in Pasadena is “stacking” up. According to MLS records there have been no sales in the past year over $10,000,000 the most recent sale over $5,000,000 was in October. At present there are 5 Pasadena homes listed between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 and 3 over $10,000,000:

Thankfully, at least no more "have come on the market" Oh, and the three over $10,000,000 - no price reductions. We'll see what happens in another month. ... -

One of the three (from my original post) has been reduced to $9,500,000 and another home has just been listed for $17,500.
