One of the first things a home stager will recommend is decluttering.   When cabinets and closets are tidy, it appears that you have more storage space which is a great selling feature. Make the simple commitment to each month organize one drawer or closet – just one.  This way when you move you won’t be as overworked and the added benefit is that the organization is not just for show, you will derive years of pleasure from it.

I am not a fan of ironing...  but this is a great item!  Appears to be very accessible and easy to keep out of sight; might work great in a kitchen, laundry room or master bath. 

I am always “losing” tweezers; I thought this is great idea from Martha Stewart:

“This medicine cabinet became more efficient after I affixed a sheet of precut galvanized steel to its interior with construction adhesive. Magnetic hooks now hold scissors and a mirror, and small plastic cups with magnetic bottoms corral small necessities, such as rubber bands and hair clips.”

A simpler solution might be to just place several magnets inside the medicine cabinet and tweezers would “stick” to them.
